About the Role:

As an Investor Relations Specialist you will be responsible for enhancing our investor communications while providing exceptional customer support. The role involves managing investor relations, addressing app-related questions, and ensuring prompt responses to user inquiries. This person will also be responsible for building marketing materials, and establishing relationships with our investors.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement strategies for effective investor relations, ensuring clear and compelling communication of Vama’s performance and strategy.
  • Prepare and present financial and strategic reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to navigate securities regulations and other legal matters.
  • Provide support for technical and app-related issues, ensuring swift resolution to enhance user experience.
  • Respond promptly to investor and user inquiries, maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
  • Monitor and flag payment transactions for accuracy and security, particularly when new digital payment features are launched.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues in app functionality and payment processes.

What You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in investor relations, financial communications, or related areas.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, investment analysis, and legal compliance in a fintech environment.
  • Excellent communication, technical problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
