About the Role:
We are looking for an entry-level Corporate Recruiter based out of our Las Vegas office to help us bring the best sales talent on board. This individual will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. We are looking for someone that is motivated, efficient and has a sharp eye for sales talent.
What You'll Do:
- Candidate sourcing: Actively search for potential sales candidates through online platforms, professional networks, referrals, and job boards.
- Screening resumes and applications: Review candidate profiles to identify qualified sales professionals based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
- Conducting initial interviews: Screen candidates through phone or video calls to assess their sales skills, personality, and fit for the role.
- In-depth candidate evaluation: Conduct further interviews with shortlisted candidates, including behavioral and situational questions to gauge their sales abilities and potential.
- Managing candidate pipeline: Track candidate progress through the recruitment process
- Collaborating with hiring managers: Partner with sales managers to understand specific hiring needs and ensure alignment with the team's goals.
What You Have:
- Strong communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders. Very strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sales knowledge: Understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and key sales metrics
- Networking abilities: Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts
- Recruitment expertise: Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques. MUST HAVE experience in sales recruitment, ideally within the specific industry and HIGH VOLUME recruiting
- Market awareness: Knowledge of current trends and challenges in the sales industry
- Relationship building: Establishing rapport with candidates and building trust throughout the recruitment process
- A genuine interest or willingness to learn about Capital market, financial technology, and technology
- Ability to work both collaboratively but also on your own
- The desire to be a top performer
- 1+ year of recruiting for SaaS sales professionals is a huge plus
Compensation:
- $45,000 base plus commission (this is an internal recruiter role, not a staffing agency)
